Webcor’s Federal Group focuses primarily on federal government contracts within the Western United States, Hawaii and Guam. Through strategic alliances with our joint venture and small business teaming partners, our goal is to provide the same outstanding service to our federal clients as we have for over 40 years in private sector construction.

With offices throughout California—including San Diego and Los Angeles—we are uniquely positioned to offer Design/Build, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), Construction Management/Contractor (CMc),  and Construction services to federal clients including NAVFAC SW, multiple Districts of the Army Corps of Engineers, the Veterans Administration (VA), Department of Energy (DOE), and GSA Region 9. Our strong commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction compliment our partner’s long standing relationships with these clients.

Together with the international capabilities of Obayashi Corporation and our partner, Watts Constructors, Webcor has established an office in Guam to handle operations for the significant military build-up there. We are also currently proposing on several DoD projects in Hawaii.

Webcor’s financial and bonding strength combined with our competitive self-performed structural concrete capability adds value to our joint venture and small business teaming partners. Our relevant past experience with the innovative construction of large and complex projects has shaped our federal project focus. Webcor has successfully completed vertical building projects in excess of $100 million including apartments, hotels, student housing, administrative office buildings, mixed-use campus complexes with parking garages, hospitals and mission critical facilities.
