Webcor Builders offers a thorough and competitive Internship Program. Available to students majoring in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Architecture, this paid internship provides students the opportunity to learn about the construction industry from the industry leader.

Each intern is trained and mentored by Webcor Project Engineers, Project Managers and Superintendents and are placed on site at one of our current projects ranging from high-rise residential, to corporate campuses, hotels, office buildings, academic campuses, parking structures, tenant improvements and renovation or seismic retrofits.

Join us for a 3-6 month internship that will provide you with the opportunity to work directly with our high visibility clients and gain hands-on experience that includes:

  • RFI Process
  • Submittal Process
  • Survey & Lay-out
  • Detailing
  • Document Control Process
  • Field experience with self perform work such as structural concrete & millwork, doors, frames & hardware
  • Attendance at company safety meetings
