SAN JOSE GATEWAY III PARKING STRUCTURE, SAN JOSE, CA
| We constructed a new parking structure for the Gateway complex in the parking lot of five occupied office buildings. Completion of the parking structure was thus an immediate priority in order to cause as little disruption as possible for the tenants. We constructed an alternate construction access road in order to preserve the remaining parking area. We also provided a small work force to continually clean adjacent property in the new complex and oversee traffic flow, optimize stall use, and prevent congestion. The structure features precast panels cast on site by our own concrete crews, resulting in a significant savings. |
