The Fillmore Heritage Center is a 252,000 sq ft mixed-use residential, retail and cultural development with 80 condominium units, four warm-shell ground-level retail spaces, a 111-car subterranean public parking garage and an 80-car tenant parking garage on the second floor. The project also features 210,000 total square footage of public space including a 10,000 sq ft podium area. In an effort to re-establish the musical heritage of the Fillmore district, the project’s retail tenants include Yoshi's San Francisco Jazz Club, the Blue Mirro Restaurant and the Jazz Heritage Center gallery and screening room. |
