HOME DEPOT PARKING STRUCTURE, COLMA, CA
| This structural steel and post tensioned concrete parking structure for a 100,000 sf retail warehouse building contains approximately 40,000 sf. The warehouse and parking structure were built over a closed landfill. To accommodate the site, 628 piles were driven through the landfill to a depth of 160 feet. Because the project is located on a steep hillside, parts of the structure were formed over 40 feet in the air. |
