MISSION TOWERS PARKING STRUCTURE, SANTA CLARA, CA
| For the Mission Towers Parking Structure, we recommended a simplified redesign of the parking structure that placed it in a better location on the site and eliminated one level while still adding 80 parking spaces. At the same time, we reduced the number of ramps in the garage from four to one. On the parking structure exterior, we utilized a Webcor design-build architectural pre cast site cast panel system used on the Oracle World Headquarters’ four parking structures. Our experienced concrete crews manufactured and installed the panels, resulting in a significant savings. |
