ORACLE 420 PARKING STRUCTURE, REDWOOD CITY, CA
|
The first of five parking structures we built for Oracle World Headquarters, the primary challenge we faced was the bay mud encountered on the site. We engineered foundation systems to compensate for the soil and for the underground obstructions from the whale tanks at nearby Marine World. We also worked closely with the architect and structural engineer to design and place the structure in the most cost-effective way possible, while still gaining the highest number of stalls per square foot.
