PRUNEYARD PLACE PARKING STRUCTURE, CAMPBELL, CA
| The original design for this parking structure was a three-and-a-half level structure that included a partial subterranean level. By recommending a redesign that eliminated the below-grade parking and created a full four-level structure, we were able to increase the number of parking stalls, reduce the per-stall price by 20 percent, and cut a month from the construction schedule. As a result, the parking structure, which is nestled among two high-rise buildings and a shopping center, opened ahead of schedule and in time for the holiday shopping season. |
