COVE, MARINA DEL REY, CA

Cove is a recently completed 18-story, high-end residential tower with 138 luxury condominiums, a 311-car parking garage, and amenities including a fitness center, pool and spa, wine storage, and conference and media rooms. This signature California high-rise also features spectacular ocean and mountain views.

After the foundation had been poured, the owner decided to increase unit ceiling heights and modernize the kitchens to boost sales appeal. Webcor designed the kitchen and MEP systems while meeting the owner's budget and minimizing schedule impact.

In addition, Webcor self-performed the architectural concrete site work providing further savings. By managing and maintaining a strict timeline for the buyer's customization program, Webcor lowered costs through material quantity discounts and by avoiding delays in the schedule.
