THE CENTURY, CENTURY CITY, CA

The Century is a 42-story, 147-unit luxury condominium tower with a 368-car, subterranean parking garage located on Century City�s Avenue of the Stars. The project features floor-to-ceiling windows, private elevators, wine storage and a fitness center with a pool and spa. Other amenities include a restaurant, conference room, catering kitchen, library, screening room, and valet parking service.

The tower is supported by an interior moment frame system with a 7,109 CY concrete mat foundation. The building's exterior skin is a combination of sculptured pre-cast concrete and stone cladding.

  • Site is located within a 1/4 mile of public transportation
  • Secure covered bike storage
  • Preferred parking for low-emitting vehicles
  • 75% of the site area is planted with native or adaptive vegetation
  • Open space exceeds code requirements by 50%
  • 100% underground parking to reduce the Heat Island effect
  • Cool roofing materials cover all roof spaces to achieve an additional 75% reduction of heat release into the atmosphere
  • Stormwater management measures capture and filter 90% of annual stormwater runoff
  • Dual flush toilets and high efficiency water fixtures reduce water consumption by 20%
  • 35% of the building's electricity is generated by Green Power
  • Building materials were locally extracted, harvested and manufactured within 500 miles of the project site
  • Low-emitting materials improve indoor air quality
