2001 Market

This eight-story mixed-use project measures roughly 195,000 square feet and includes seven levels of condominium units, over 30,000 square feet of commercial space leased to Whole Foods, and two levels of below-grade parking. The residential component consists of 81 units with single-loaded open corridors and a third-level landscaped podium. The project features a green roof and a solar domestic hot water system. The building façade consists of plaster, thin brick, porcelain tile, and wood siding. The structure includes a mat foundation and post-tensioned slabs with the exception of the mild steel commercial-level deck. Two traction elevators service the residential units while one passenger and one freight elevator and a loading dock on 14th Street service the commercial space.
