260 Homer

260 Homer is a new 5-story, mixed-use office and residential project with a steel structure over concrete podium. The building includes a parking structure with 3 levels above grade and two levels subterranean. The first 2 above grade levels consist of commercial office space and the third level features 4 residential units.

Sustainability Features:

  • Using Best Management Practices, 90% of the average annual rainfall is captured and treated using a Vortex System. Vortex valves imitate systems found in nature to control water flows and act as a natural technological integration within the system.
  • Building total energy use will be supplemented through solar photovoltaic cells installed on the roof. 70% of the building’s electricity will be purchased from offsite Renewable Energy Credits (REC’s) sources for a minimum of two-years.
