Adobe Plaza is an eleven-story office building with one level of subterranean parking and three-levels above grade parking. The new 170,000 sq ft building is occupied by a single tenant – Adobe Systems and is located in the Redevelopment Area of San Jose. Constructed of composite concrete and a steel frame, the structure has an exterior clad with French limestone. The scope of work included shell construction as well as construction management for the interior build-out. |
