As part of the Webcor/RA Burch joint venture, Webcor was awarded the 41 Area Facilities Program at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. The project calls for the design and construction of multiple operational and community facilities for the 1st Reconnaissance Battalion and 1st Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, as well as a 200-room Bachelor Enlisted Quarters.

The scope also includes a battalion headquarters, armory, fitness center, single marine center, post office, fire station and a parking structure. All facilities are new construction and will be required to meet the LEED Silver certification standard.
