611 Gateway is an 11-story office building with a 6-level concrete parking structure. The office building consists of a structural steel frame with a curtain wall and precast skin. The lobby was finished with Italian plaster walls, millwork walls, stone walls, and stone floors. The 1,800-stall parking garage is a concrete structure with four elevators, an elaborate decorative aluminum perforated fin and split face CMU skin. |
