As part of Watts Webcor Obayashi joint venture, Webcor recently broke ground on the $158 Million Guam Naval Hospital Replacement Project for The NAVFAC Pacific. The new 300,000 sq ft hospital will have 42 beds, 4 operating rooms, 2 C-section rooms, and MRI and CT scanning suites. The project is expected to meet the LEED Silver certification standard and be completed in 2014, coinciding with the relocation of 8,000 Marines and their family members from Okinawa, Japan. |
