RN-74 is a new restaurant owned and operated by the Mina Group out of New York. It is located in the ground level of the Millennium Tower's mid-rise building at the corner of Mission and Beale streets in San Francisco.

The project scope consisted of the build-out of approximately 4,220 sq ft of shell space, including a 1,800 sq ft kitchen designed by Mark Stech-Novak. The design is based on a turn-of-the-century French train station and includes an elaborate array of unique high-end finishes.

The centrally-located full-service bar and the atrium dining area were also constructed as part of this project. The finishes include custom treatment to woods and metals to achieve the desired aesthetic. Webcor's Interior Construction division was responsible for self-performing the fabrication and installation of many of these unique finishes. The restaurant was opened concurrently with the Millennium Tower luxury condominium high-rise.
