Seton Medical Center is a five-story, 71,000 sq ft medical building. Tenant improvement work included an Outpatient Surgery Center, Spine Clinic, Diagnostic Lab with Radiology, Outpatient Imaging Center and individual doctors' offices. The project also included a four-story parking garage with 400 stalls.
