The SunPower Headquarters project is a 177,000 sq ft tenant improvement of three corporate office buildings to accommodate corporate staff and R&D. One building currently contains approximately 30,000 sq ft of clean rooms and labs that will be re-used with modifications by SunPower. The remainder of the square footage will contain open office cubicle space, private offices, conference rooms and break rooms. A new café, fitness center and exterior courtyard will be also be included in the build-out.

The planned renovations include infrastructure for a rooftop solar array and space frame over the courtyard supporting tracker solar arrays.  All arrays will be installed by SunPower at a later date. The project is pursuing the goal of achieving Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification.
