The Fillmore Heritage Center is a 406,000-sq-ft mixed-use residential, retail and cultural development with 80 condominium units, 4 warm-shell ground-level retail spaces, a 111-car subterranean public parking garage, and an 80-car tenant parking garage on the second floor. The project also features a 10,000 sq ft podium area. Residential amenities include hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Webcor was instrumental in working with the owner to keep this public/private venture moving forward on a limited front-end budget. Webcor was also able to collaborate successfully with the Mayor’s Office of Community Development and the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency to encourage participation of local, minority and women-owned subcontractors and workers.
In an effort to re-establish the musical heritage of the Fillmore district, the project’s retail tenants include Yoshi’s San Francisco Jazz Club, the Blue Mirror Restaurant and the Jazz Heritage Center gallery and screening room.
