One Hawthorne is a 24-story, 165 unit high-end condominium building with three below-grade levels of valet parking utilizing space-saving car stackers. The project also includes two roof top terraces.

The skin of the building is a combination of precast elements and curtainwall windows. The project is located at the corner of Howard and Hawthorne Streets in the SOMA district of San Francisco.

Due to the project site's limited footprint, Webcor suggested the use of a corkscrew ramp design instead of a car elevator system for the parking garage. This solution saved approximately $1million.
