The SOMA Grand is a 246-unit condominium development consisting of two cast-in-place concrete towers and a 5-level above grade parking garage. The project features a fitness center, community room with kitchen, spa facility with a meditation garden, and an extensive amenity level with a pool, spas, a fire pit and heat lamps.

The structure is a type I construction (concrete framed with PT decks) with a pre-cast concrete panel and glass skin. The lack of space on the site made it necessary to sequence the south tower section of the project to start before the north garage section.
