After the building’s foundation had been poured, the owner decided to increase the unit ceiling heights and modernize the kitchens to boost sales appeal. To achieve these goals, Webcor redesigned the kitchen and MEP systems while meeting the owner’s budget and minimizing schedule impact. Webcor provided further value and cost savings by self-performing the architectural concrete site work.
By managing and maintaining a strict timeline for the buyer’s customization program, Webcor lowered costs through material quantity discounts and by avoiding delays in the schedule.
