The Hotel Indigo located in Downtown Los Angeles, CA is a ground-up, Type I concrete hotel project valued at $180 million. The project totals 446,606 square feet throughout one structure with podium with 18 levels above grade and two levels below grade. It includes 350 hotel keys. Connected parking totals 81,807 square feet and 133 stalls. Located in the Metropolis mixed-use development, the hotel’s interiors weave together elements from Los Angeles’s history, starting with the late 1800s through the 1920s and incorporating nods to the early days of the movie industry, vaudeville, and Prohibition-era speakeasies and tunnels. Amenities include the Metropole Bar + Kitchen, 18 Social located on the rooftop, fitness center, business center, 11 meeting rooms totaling over 20,000 square feet, and exhibit space.
