Siebel Systems new corporate headquarters houses a high-profile product training center that hosts clients from all over the world. The 300,000 square-foot tenant improvement project included construction of private offices, open work areas, conference rooms, a cafeteria, and an upscale training center. Construction was design-build for the telecommunications, security, and audio-visual systems as well as for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
After the interior buildout had started, Siebel added a 10,000 square foot childcare facility with a fully-equipped outdoor playground to the project. We completed this additional scope within the required time frame by working closely with the design team and subcontractors to re-sequence the schedule. By acting as the conduit between the building owner and Siebel, we also were able to streamline the building systems design and enable Siebel to occupy the building ahead of schedule.
