It ascends 42 stories above Los Angeles on nearly four acres of landscaped gardens. Its elliptical shape allows the project to boast panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean.
The project also features floor-to-ceiling windows, private elevators, wine storage units, and a fitness center with a pool and spa. Other amenities include a 7,000 square-foot restaurant and a conference room, catering kitchen, library, screening room, and valet parking service. Before construction began, Webcor first had to demolish an existing 30-story hotel tower to make room for the Century.

- A stormwater management plan and water collection techniques were implemented that helped reduce impervious cover, promote infiltration, and capture and treat more than 90% of the average annual rainfall on-site
- A green education program was implemented within the building to teach tenants about the sustainable green building measures that have been implemented, via signage and educational tours
