UCSF Block 33


UCSF Block 33 project consists of the design and construction of an approximately 343,000 GSF building to house desktop research, educational, and clinical functions and other programs on the southeast corner of 16th Street and 3rd Street.  The building will provide academic and administrative office space (including desktop research, dry core and computational labs) and an ophthalmology clinical space, which is being delivered according to State of California OSHPD 3 requirements.  UCSF Block 33 employs best value and target value Design/Build project delivery method based on design and performance criteria and lean construction principles.
