Our quality program, which is led by our corporate quality control director who reports directly to the executive vice president, provides a set of quality commissioning procedures and guidelines that assure building systems will perform precisely as intended. Since nearly all building systems are integrated today, a deficiency in one component or system can result in sub-optimal operation and performance among others. These procedures offer an integrated and consistent approach for the commissioning of major building systems.

In addition, our subcontractor performance evaluation process gives us the means to monitor our subcontractors' work on a regular basis. Toward this end, we have developed a performance questionnaire that measures a wide range of factors, including quality of work, technical skills, safety practices, teamwork, and financial performance. This gives us an objective tool to measure subcontractor performance on every project, select subs for future contracts, and provide feedback to the subcontractors for self-improvement.
