We develop complete design and performance criteria for subcontractor bidding, then bid out the trades and materials to subcontractors and vendors who have a proven record of timely performance, quality workmanship, and competitive pricing. We examine bids closely to ensure they cover the full scope of work and identify potential cost savings while reviewing the bids with the client and architect.

We begin by defining a comprehensive scope of work for each trade so that no hidden expenses emerge later, then complete monthly cost reports to prevent the project from slowly slipping over budget. Most important, we identify the cost impact of requested change orders - allowing our clients to make decisions based on hard data. Finally, using Prolog Manager software enables us to easily record and manage an enormous amount of information, from setting up the budget through tracking costs and change orders, writing subcontractor contracts, and managing submittals.
