Most important, we identify the cost impact of requested change orders - allowing our clients to make decisions based on hard data. Finally, using Prolog Manager software enables us to easily record and manage an enormous amount of information, from setting up the budget through tracking costs and change orders, writing subcontractor contracts, and managing submittals.
