Los Angeles, CA – January 27, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Genton Property Group (GPG) has selected Webcor Builders to begin construction on the exclusive Four Seasons Private Residences-Los Angeles, which will include 58 luxury condos and a top-floor penthouse that are expected to be the most exclusive, highest priced condos ever to enter the LA market.
The project, located at 9000 West Third Street and designed by global architecture firm CallisonRTKL to deliver unparalleled design elements and set a new standard for luxury living in Southern California, is scheduled for completion in late 2017. Jonathan Genton, founding partner of Genton Property Group, explained Webcor was carefully selected for its ability to bring the most highly-skilled workforce to the ambitious project.

Webcor Builders is behind a number of the state’s most iconic projects, including L.A. Live in Los Angeles in addition to the Millennium Tower and Moscone Center in San Francisco.

By working with Webcor, Genton also fulfills its mission to use 100-percent union labor on its projects and, as a result, brings a highly-skilled workforce to the 12-story, three-wing Four Seasons Private Residences project as it gets underway.
The project’s crown jewel, the over 12,000-square-foot penthouse, will consist of an open-concept indoor/outdoor living space to take full advantage of year-round natural lighting and views. Occupying the entire top floor of the 12-story tower, the penthouse will feature a private, 9,000-square-foot rooftop garden oasis and pool enveloped by a 360-degree panoramic view of the city. It will also include direct elevator access and a private six-car garage.
In addition to the penthouse, the building will have 58 luxury condominiums and townhouses across three wings – The Tower, Wetherly Wing and Almont Wing – with an average size of more than 2,400 square feet.
