Residences at Columbia Square located in Hollywood, CA is a ground-up, Type I concrete high-end apartment and extended stay project. The project is designed by House & Robertson Architects, Inc. This GMP project totals 270,000 square feet throughout one structure with 22 levels above grade and four levels below grade. It includes a combination of 200 week-long minimum-stay furnished units and longer term unfurnished apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms in a variety of layouts, most with furnished balconies. Each home is custom-designed by international style icon Kelly Wearstler. The residences were built atop a previously completed four-level below grade parking structure. Residences at Columbia Square is the centerpiece of the $386 million, 4.7 acre Columbia Square redevelopment which includes a six-level commercial office, retail, and extensive landscaped courtyards. The structural glass-clad tower is characterized by its sweeping Hollywood Moderne architecture, which includes cutting edge angles and poised slab edges. Each of the luxury units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, herringbone patterned aged wood flooring, professional kitchens, and well-appointed details and finishes throughout. Amenities include a rooftop, which includes a pool with cabanas, private Filifera lounge/restaurant, and sweeping 360-degree views; lobby adjacent restaurant, coffee shop, and bar; 24-hour room service; and 1,600 square foot wellness center.
