Moscone Center Expansion


The Moscone Expansion Project reconfigures the North and South exhibit halls to create up to 140,000 gross square feet of new exhibit space, for a total of 580,000GSF of contiguous exhibit space (including supporting “prefunction” space), a new 75,000GSF ballroom, and up to 100,000GSF of new meeting / flexible spaces and a new 15,000GSF kitchen. The Project includes utility relocations, excavation of Howard St., renovations of existing structures, new aboveground structures, two new bridges over Howard St., and outdoor public spaces.
