SPECIFIC BENEFIT DETAILS
HDHP/HSA (HIGH DEDUCTIBLE HEALTH PLAN / HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT)
The HDHP plan is a High Deductible Health Plan coupled with a Health Savings Account (HSA), which is a pre-tax funded account that can be used toward eligible healthcare expenses. This plan has an annual deductible that must be met before insurance will pay for most services but maintains a lower month-to-month premium.
Webcor contributes funds to the HSA, and these funds belong to the employee and never expire. Employees can also contribute their own money on a pre-tax basis to the HSA.
TRADITIONAL HMO
Webcor offers a traditional Kaiser HMO plan that provides convenient access to many services under one roof at most locations. The traditional HMO plan utilizes simple copays for each service with no deductible.
All care is provided in-network with no coverage when using non-Kaiser providers, unless emergency care is needed. This medical plan option is offered at no cost for employees who only need to cover themselves and with low premiums if covering dependents.
DENTAL COVERAGE
Webcor’s Dental benefits offered to employees and dependents are designed to help maintain a healthy smile through regular preventive dental care and orthodontia for adults and children. The dental plan utilizes the largest network of dentists because Webcor wants to provide coverage to fix any dental problems as soon as they occur. Coverage is provided at no cost to employees and eligible dependents.
VISION COVERAGE
Vision is important to overall health and safety, and we believe everyone should receive regular vision care. Webcor wants employees to get the most out of their vision benefits via VSP with lower out-of-pocket costs and copays for eye exams, eyeglasses, and contacts while having access to the largest network of providers. Coverage is provided at no cost to employees and eligible dependents.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS (FSA)
Webcor provides employees a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), which employees can fund using pre-tax dollars to be used toward eligible expenses for Health Care and Dependent Care. Employees may participate in a flexible spending account even if they are not enrolled in a medical plan.
COMMUTER AND TRANSPORTATION BENEFITS
Webcor offers a qualified transportation benefits program, where employees can set aside pre-tax and post-tax dollars to be used toward eligible expenses for public transit and parking. Webcor is a “green” organization and rewards employees that use public transit. We offer rebates for the cost of commuting via public transit or bicycling to work.
GROUP LIFE INSURANCE & AD&D AND VOLUNTARY LIFE INSURANCE
Webcor provides eligible employees with Basic Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage at no cost. Voluntary supplemental life insurance is available to those who desire to elect additional coverage. These benefits provide valuable “peace of mind” and critical financial protection for dependents or family.
DISABILITY COVERAGE
Disability coverage offered at no cost to the employee provides an employee with income if he or she is unable to work due to injury or sickness. Webcor believes that short term and long-term disability coverage are important, because anyone at any age may become injured or ill for a period of time, short or long. This coverage provided at no cost to the employee.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Webcor offers robust Employee Assistance Program (EAP), to assist employees with everyday work or life issues. This program offers face-to-face counseling or phone assistance, whichever method is preferred. Common issues that EAP touches are: mental health and well-being, personal and professional relationships, substance abuse, family life, daily stress, elder caregiving, financial planning, legal guidance and identity theft.
401(K) PLAN – MATCH AND PROFIT SHARING
The 401(k) plan offered by Webcor is designed to help employees save for retirement. This benefit is administered by Empower Retirement and is funded by employee contributions. Webcor matches 100% of the first 5% of an employee’s contribution; the match applies to all deferrals pre-tax and post-tax.
VACATION, SICK & HOLIDAY PAY
Webcor offers vacation and sick pay for days that eligible employees want to use for time away from work. Vacation accrues each pay period based on years of service, increasing in amount every five years of service. The time accumulated may also be rolled over year after year if it is not used up during the year. Webcor observes ten paid holidays provides two floating holidays to all employees.
WELLNESS PROGRAMS
Webcor supports employee wellness and has been named one of the healthiest Bay Area employers. The Wellness program is supported by Limeade, a web-based coaching platform that rewards employees for taking a proactive approach to health and well-being. This program allows employees to participate in Wellness Challenges to earn points, prizes and up to two Wellness Floating Holidays to support employee work life balance.

ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Designed to supplement your medical coverage, accident insurance pays specific benefit amounts for covered accidents. Benefits from Webcor’s’ accident plan can help pay for out-of-pocket expenses related to accidental on or off-the-job injuries. Accident insurance coverage is voluntary and paid by employees.
CRITICAL ILLNESS
Critical Illness insurance can help fill a financial gap if you experience a life-threatening illness. Upon diagnosis of a covered illness, a lump-sum benefit is immediately paid. This will help cover out-of-pocket medical expenses or costs associated with adjusting to life following a covered critical illness. Critical illness insurance coverage is voluntary and paid by employees.
LEGAL BENEFITS PLAN
We provide employees with an online legal services benefit that makes it easy and affordable to create legal documents, get help creating a living trust or will, find independent local attorneys and more. Webcor pays 100% of the costs of plan membership which includes a free 30-minute legal consultation for each unique case.
Student Debt Benefit
Enrollees are able to track contributions they make to their 401(k) and/or payments made on their student loan debt; Webcor will make an annual contribution to their 401(k) account, based on the combined total, up to 5 percent of your eligible compensation.
