Uptown Tenderloin Museum located in San Francisco, CA is a renovation of a Type III concrete, masonry, and wood cultural  project.

The project is designed by Perkins+Will. This CM-GC project totals 3,300 square feet throughout one structure with two levels above grade.

Located on the ground floor and basement of the historic Cadillac Hotel, additional project amenities include a café in the main lobby, an exhibition space, men's and women's restrooms, an office, and storage space with high-end finishes throughout.
