The W Hollywood Hotel & Residences located in Hollywood, CA is a ground-up, Type I concrete mixed-use project. The square footage is distributed throughout two structures joined by a sky bridge with 12 and 15 levels above grade and three levels below grade respectively. It includes a combination of 305 W hotel keys and 143 condominium residences. Three levels of below-grade connected parking and valet total 229,360 square feet.
Located at the famous intersection of Hollywood and Vine Streets on a L-shaped site, Hotel guests enter the lobby to a grand, high-ceilinged space. Upstairs, suites grouped together on the second and third floors of the hotel are specifically outfitted for press junkets. Like the junket rooms, the bulk of the rooms are a mixture of "Barbarella"-style Hollywood and 1960s L.A. Modern.
The ultra-luxury condominiums have full access to all of the hotel amenities including the rooftop pool and cabañas, meeting and banquet spaces, a 35-foot movie screen at the Station Hollywood bar, Drai’s Hollywood nightclub, the Delphine Eatery & Bar, and the Bliss Spa. Yet, if desired residents using a dedicated car turnaround can bypass the hotel lobby completely.
Webcor self-performed concrete on the project.
Construction is what we do best - it’s no surprise that we live and breathe every aspect of construction.
