The Contra Costa County Administration Building (CCCAB) project is the first public construction project in the world to be pre-certified as a TRUE Zero-Waste project. In this 2-1/2-minute video, Senior Project Engineer Colton Pasnik describes the unique approach the project has taken to its perimeter fence, employing existing equipment from the Webcor Equipment yard and plywood. The barrier looks better, reduces noise, and is is completely reusable.
