The project features a two-story open entrance lobby with a 14’ glass curtain wall system, large flexible floor plates with 11’8” floor-to-ceiling heights, state-of-the art building operating systems, surface parking, patios, bicycle storage, and locker room facilities with showers. Webcor self-performed concrete. This project is LEED Gold®.
