Located in San Francisco, CA this project is a Tenant Improvement in a Type I concrete and steel hybrid 45-story high-rise building. The project is 750,000 SF and features five café/dining floors, conference space, exterior balconies, and open office space. The café/dining floors are grouped into two zones: Level 11/12 and Level 25/26/27/28. Each group connects via interconnected stairs and totals over 96,000 SF. The building is separated into three zones; low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise. With a capacity of more than 4,500 employees, the downtown San Francisco building’s marquee features 360-degree views, interconnecting stairs, large balconies, cafés, and open office floor plans, offering an efficient and flexible workspace for a unique employee experience. This project is targeting LEED Gold.
