Foundry Square III located in San Francisco, CA is a ground-up, Type I concrete commercial project. The project is designed by Studios Architecture. This GMP project totals 336,604 square feet throughout one structure with 10 levels above grade and one level below grade.

Foundry Square III is one of four buildings included in a massive development dominating the busy intersection of 1st and Howard Streets. The building features floor-to-floor heights of 14’, increased natural lighting and raised floor distribution systems where mechanical, electrical and data delivery systems are efficiently contained in the sub floor areas providing ‘plug & play’ flexibility and reducing energy costs. 2,400 square feet of two lobby walls are covered in more than 12,500 plants, creating one of the nation’s largest living walls.
