Menlo Gateway Office and Parking Structure located in Menlo Park, CA is a ground-up, Type I concrete and steel commercial and parking structure project. The square footage is distributed throughout two structures with nine levels above grade. Stand-alone parking totals 365,000 square feet and 955 stalls.
The project is part of the larger Menlo Gateway development, which includes the 11-story Hotel Nia and two additional eight-level office buildings and two parking structures. The project also includes a 40,000 square foot cold shell for a health club within the parking structure.
Webcor self-performed concrete, carpentry and drywall on the project.
