Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Intermodal Park & Ride Facilities is a ground-Up, Type I concrete transportation & parking structure project. This project consists of four parking structures with one to four levels above grade and 1,321 stalls.

In addition to these four parking structures, the Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Intermodal Park & Ride Facilities includes a surface parking lot, demolition, utility relocation, fencing, retaining walls, intermodal enhancements (bike racks and lockers, bus pads and shelters, sidewalks, ramps, curb ramps, enhanced crosswalks, street trees and tree wells, pedestrian street lights, and traffic signals and roadway improvements), Standard Urban Stormwater Mitigation Plan (SUSMP) requirements, ventilation systems, and other related work.

The project also included two Traction Power Sub Stations (TPSS) that provide power and communications for the Foothill Extension.

Webcor self-performed concrete on the project.
