Oceanwide Center located in San Francisco, CA is a ground-up, Type I concrete and steel mixed-use project. The project is designed by Foster and Partners. This GMP project totals 2,164,000 square feet throughout two structures with 61 and 54 levels above grade and four levels below grade.

It includes 265 luxury condominiums and 169 Waldorf Astoria Hotel keys. Connected parking totals 54,293 square feet and 351 stalls. The 61-story First Street tower includes a five-story 68-foot-tall outdoor urban room at its base, primarily office space at levels seven through 40, residential amenity spaces at levels 41 and 42, and finally, residential units on floors 43 through 60.

The 54-story Mission Street tower houses the 169-room Waldorf Astoria San Francisco hotel, in addition to residential units. The project is the tallest residential structure on the West Coast. Webcor self-performed concrete. This project is LEED Platinum and Gold®.
