Oracle Pleasanton Building Two and Garage B located in Pleasanton, CA is a ground-up, Type I structural steel office, concrete standalone parking structure, and surface parking project. The project is designed by Gensler. This lump sum project totals 518,000 square feet throughout the two structures.
The office is five levels above grade and the parking structure is four levels. The parking structure totals 337,000 square feet and 914 stalls and surface parking totals 660 stalls.
The project, which relied upon virtual building coordination, includes a full build-out of the high-tech office space with a server room, cafe, fitness center, conference rooms, kitchenettes, cubical areas, and personal offices. Webcor self-performed concrete and carpentry. This project is LEED Silver®.
