Samsung Semiconductor Inc. (SSI) located in San Jose, CA is a ground-up, Type I concrete-steel hybrid commercial campus. The square footage is distributed across three structures and podium in a campus setting. It includes two, 10-level connected office towers comprised of a series of stacked two-story office “buildings”, sandwiching a series of green floors with gardens and a variety of recreational opportunities totaling 636,000 square feet; a podium building with a clean room and data center; a single level stand-alone cafeteria; and a nine-level standalone parking structure totaling 460,000 square feet and 1,500 stalls.

Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, the 9.8-acre campus, that accommodates 2,000 employees, features a central atrium, raised access floors, labs, connecting stairs, sky pocket parks, garden floors, chill zones, fitness center with personal trainers and dietary experts, putting greens, and recreation courts – all resulting in a flexible, collaborative, and sustainable campus.
