The InterContinental located in San Francisco, CA is a ground-up, Type I concrete four-star hotel project. The project is designed by Hornberger + Worstell. This GMP project totals 564,614 square feet throughout one structure with 30 levels above grade and two levels below grade. It includes 550 hotel keys.

The project includes below-grade valet parking. Amenities include 21 meeting rooms with flexible configurations, an indoor swimming pool, a 12,000 square foot health spa, two ballrooms, a Michelin Star restaurant, and a six-floor podium.

The exterior design features a glass curtain wall system with a faceted and stepped façade. Webcor self-performed concrete and carpentry. This project is LEED Silver®.
